This is the third and final installment to my “I Used To...” poetry series.

“She Used To...But She Doesn’t Anymore” is the end. Everything out on the table. Love. Pain. Hurt. Realization. It’s what I’ve dealt with and what I won’t deal with anymore in so many words. No more time to dwell on the past.

She Used To deal with everything that she had to just to get through the day and make everybody happy, even if she wasn’t, But She Doesn’t Anymore. She has started putting herself first. The time has finally come to move on and focus on the future.
